I've just been looking for 20 minutes and I can't find a definite answer to this question. Which formats can I use for music files and sound files? Thanks!!!

.ogg for sounds and .m4a for music

As Mark pointed out those are the formats GS will use.

Interestingly, when I imported wavs and selected 'sounds' to let GS convert them for me - they were giving me smaller RAM usage according to the viewer. That's compared to importing .ogg files that I had converted from wavs using audacity.
