Windows publishing ?

We are currently investigating the issues with Windows 8 publishing.

Does the sentence above meen we are able to publish ios games from a windows computer?

    No, they are investigating publishing win8 apps.

    Due to apples policies and software requirements, you will never be able to publish directly from a win machine, you will always need a Mac to code sign.
