hey i recently registered to the pro account and want to allow iAds on there. I don't see the behavior in lists, also where can i find the external link behavior too..

Go into your BEHAVIORS area. You should see STANDARD, CUSTOM, and PRO right above the behaviors. If you do not see PRO, then make sure to SIGN IN to your pro account! You can do this RIGHT BELOW YOUR BEHAVIORS. It should say SIGN IN. Once signed in the behavior is called OPEN URL.
As for iADS, I believe this is done during the publishing phase, but I'm not 100% sure.
