We have an app set to iphone landscape. The image is 480x320
when we test the app on the phone all images are off center so we only see part of the image
for example the top half of the screen is blank and the bottom half has the image
We tried changing the camera and that didnt work either. Anyone experience this? We must be missing something. Thanks

It sounds like a resolution issue with your image files. Are they 72dpi? What happens if you download an image such as http://www.clker.com/cliparts/c/5/3/d/11954233931102460400tix_alex_02.svg.med.png, import it into GameSalad, and then create an actor from it?

Are you running iOS 6 on your device? If so make sure to start the viewer sideways.

Open the viewer on the device, turn sideways, click Recent Games and make sure the list comes in landscape, select your games and constantly keep the device sideways not too tilted forward.

This issues is not caused by gamesalad creator, but by the viewer because it does not fully support iOS6 yet.

Will not work on ios6 at all. Hopefully a new viewer will be released shortly

Sorry to hear. Works fine for me when I do as I stated above, because I've gone through that issue as well.

I'm having the same problem. Any news on when the viewer will be updated to support iOS 6? I'm having no problem on my iPad, but my iPhone 4 runs the app only half on the screen, completely off center.
