Please help with File Path Error

in Working with GS (Mac)
Hello. I'm a brand new user, just downloaded GameSalad. When I click on File, click Open Dashboard in order to load an existing dashboard (following the tutorial), I get the File path message below. So, I cannot complete the tutorial and load any existing template. I'm not computer savvy, but I do not believe the path below is in my program files. Does anyone have an suggestions to help? I'd love to get started!! Thank you.

File path:\Program Files (x86)\GameSalad\GameSaladCreator\Templates\upload13.gameproj\ does not exist

    I believe templates do not work on windows only on Mac, I was not able to find it on my windows as well.
