I Really need to publish !

in iPhone and Android Publishing
im not able to publish and keep getting errors like these

There is something wrong with our servers. Contact us and reference publish request [b549ca80-6cdf-4e71-a391-31a8294f224c].

Please i really need to publish .. so can someone tell me whats is this

    you need to do exactly what it says, contact support and reference that string of characters. no other way around it unfortunately.

    not publishing at my place also. some problem with their servers i think. its not signing and downloading.
