I downloaded the the multiple light template from this thread: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/41360/how-to-make-a-multiple-light-effect

And I really like it so i tried to add it to my game..
But now i cant add anything to the game because it has to have it´s graphics set to multiply. Anyone knows how to solve this?

    @LeonardDeveloper I'm fairly certain that won't work with multiple light sources which may come into contact with each other.

    @OskarDeveloper I've tinkered with it a bit, but haven't made much progress. I would be interested if anyone else has found a smooth way of doing this same effect.

    Yeah have a dark image with a transparent hole in the middle constrained to the actor?

    Idk. I have tried multiple things and it just isn't working. Maybe. you could try editing the blending modes of the black images with the transparent holes themselves.

    True Mate, Completely forgot there was a few light sources here, Im gonna take a look at this - But at first glance it should be achieved pretty simply by adding an attribut to change the blending modes on collision

    So is it possible to fix this by changeing the blending mode?
  • LeonardDeveloperLeonardDeveloper Member Posts: 4,630
    Yup, as previously answered it is.... I'll start on it when I get home :-)

    @LeonardDeveloper thanks Jack!
    @kinzua Well.. lets see what Jack comes up with, and if it does not work my game will simply have to be without darkness ;)
