Can you test your app on the iPhone if you are using a windows computer?
I have no access to a mac, I only have windows. I wanted to know if it's still safe to upgrade my account?

I don't want to upgrade and then find out that I'm limited due to me using a windows computer.

If I can test my app on the iphone and I'm using windows, how would I go about doing so?

    You can't, in order to sign you app you need Xcode, certificates and provisioning profiles installed, which require a Mac.

    You can try macincloud.com, or find a friend with a Mac.
