Minimum spec for Windows

Hi guys,
I hope you're all well.
Unfortunately my Mac Mini is now unable to support GameSalad, so while I'm saving up for a new Mac I'm going to switch to Windows.
Annoyingly my Laptop also doesnt support GameSalad on windows, so, I may have made the mistake of purchasing a really cheap desktop PC from eBay (fingers crossed it actually works).
I should have checked the spec out before I brought it, however, the spec is:
Processor 3.50 GHz
Memory: 1 GB
Operating System: Windows 7
Operating System Edition: Home Premium
Processor Type: Intel Core 2 Duo
To be honest, I'm not great at spec and machines, and I'm really just wondering if the latest version of Windows GameSalad will work on the above machine?

System Requirements
Windows:
Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8. Android SDK for Android support.
Core 2 Duo or Later CPU required. Minimum of 2GB of RAM recommended.
So you need to get more RAM.
