Can I make an actor (when touched) link me to a website?

Hi all,
Is it possible to have an actor link someone to a website when touched?
For example if I had a Facebook logo would I be able to make it so when its touched it would load up a Facebook page.

URL links is a pro feature so the answer is yes if you're a pro subscriber and no with the free version.
