I am new using Gamesalad, please advice.
1- Could I create game for iMac (Mac OS X 10.8.2) using Gamesalad Creator? Is it correct option: 'Platform: Macbook' (under Project info'?
2- Which option do I need to select under Gamesalad Creator for "Platform" for creating game for "Android" or "iMac (Mac OS X 10.8.2)?
3- Where could find document for screen size for different platform? And document for testing the program before publishing under different device?

1. yes correct size is 720 HD
2. iphone game for Android phone and nook or kindle for android tablet. Android publishing is only available with a pro subscription.

Yes, you are able to make apps for mac, but if you want to test them you have to buy an apple OSX developer account. If you want to make an android game and publish it you will have to buy both gamesalad pro and android developer account. Gamesalad pro lets you publish for android and much more.
