unable to 'open or edit' actor

in Working with GS (Mac)
the menu where all the actors are, im unable to open them and edit them when i double click nothing happens

    Try reinstalling app ...

    If it's just one actor try deleting then remaking it, I've had this issue before caused by copying in some rules from other actors. Otherwise yea try what mrpacogp said.

    @carlblanchet deleteing actors isnt possible because id loose all my rules
    @mrpacogp do you mean reinstalling gamesalad if so how?

    I am also facing same problem, a project which I have develop a year ago just opening and running simulator but when i click on an actor to open and edit. It does not open.

    I referred to resintalling the app gamesalad.
    If that dont work, i don't know.
    Maybe we have to request a safe way to open our apps when got problems.
    The another way is to open the app content or something.
