add actor /remove another

in Working with GS (Mac)
hi every one in my windows creator when i put alot of actors in one scene some actors gone i just wanted to know why i checked if i deleted the actor pic but i didnt plz help

    Are the actors disappearing from the scene? Are the actors losing their images? Are the actors disappearing from your project file? Are the images disappearing from your project file? What version of Windows are you running? Please use punctuation.

    Sorry, I meant Windows Vista, 7, 8, etc., not the version of Creator.

    So you place an actor and assign an image, and then at some point the image disappears, but you can assign it again from the image library, correct?

    YES but when i preview it disappears

    And what version of Windows are you running?

    Does this happen only in a particular project file, or even if you create a brand new file and import graphics into it?

    Can you post a video of what's happening?
