Android Publishing : HELP! Keystore password is ok but password for the key is not!

I'm using GS build 0.10.1 beta... I had no problems publishing to Itunes but I'm stuck at publishing for Android. I've already created a couple of keystore and thus each time after generating app and at the signing process, I can key in the correct password for keystore but it shows the error exclaimation mark of doom when I key in the password for the key.

I've tried just pressing enter at the terminal (they said just press enter if using the same password as the keystore)
I've tried keying in the password again (using same password)
I've tried keying in a different password for the key when using the keytool command.

I'm using 8 characters all lower case, numbers and letters only...
Preliminary checks all done (no capslock, type in carefully, etc)

So far no success, am generating app and the signing process again... What could I be doing wrong... am stuck here for the past 2 hours...

Sigh, please help...

Make sure you created the key in English as it doesn't work if your setup in another language.

It is in English. I read the other post in another page also... I've downloaded all the updates to the SDK... any other suggestions please?

You must use only "English" language to prevent password key error.
And switch in "English" Your system language.

It is in English like I mentioned... I've set the languages set-up as English (US)... any other suggestions?

(SOLVED not really... kinda) Here's a workaround that I found. the problem seems to lie for the Mac. I dunno... I'm using OSX Lion... So what did I do?

    1) Download windows creator
    2) Follow the instructions to install Java SDK, Android SDK (u can find it in cookbook) though it's better if you don't follow the one about Android SDK cos that's an older version. u can find the newer version http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
    Get the windows version
    3) Create the keystore and key password
    4) Go to GS and download the project after generating the app
    5) Sign the App using the GS creator for windows

And you're done... though it's a bumper of a workaround...
