Can i put Rules on the scene?

That's a simple question, i just want when the scene load check for an atribute and if it be bigger than a x value, spawn an actor on the scene, so here is the question, can i put rules on the scene?

    Yes you can. You need to create a blank actor, and have it offscreen somewhere, and inside that actor have your behaviors. It's not so much a rule, because rules rely on conditions, this way it is going to fire off every time you enter the scene.
