Custom Loading wheel

in Working with GS (Mac)
Say I know how to make a custom loading wheel does that go against any terms or policies of gamesalad?
Another question is there a way to remove the more games thing in the loading screen?
and if i do remove it will it go against any terms or policies of gamesalad?

    Unfortunately, no option for the loading wheel, yet. Supposed to be sometime in the near future.

    And you can only get rid of the more games button by buying the Pro version of GameSalad.

    Ah yeah that violates TOS so you'd have your IP blocked.

    And when you have your IP blocked it stops you from publishing.
