How do I download the file of my app? I'm able to do it for the mac in the publishing screen, but there is no link for me to download the app in the iphone publishing screen. Help please?
@ds1239 first off make sure that you have a developer account for both mac and apple devices. If you don't have one for devices then you pretty much can't make an app. However if you do, GENERATE APP. Wait until it tells you the app is ready for signing. It will prompt you by saying CLICK HERE, and that will take you to the app signing process, and or you can simply click the APP SIGN button. Once that's done it will ask you to assign it a provisional profile. From there it will download to wherever you want it. That should be it. Hope this helps.
@ ds1239 Eesh I don't know sorry. I was under the idea that you could only make apps if you had a developer account. I'm not sure how you were able to make one for the Mac? All I can tell you is for iPhone/ipad/ipod touch you need a developer account. No way around it that I'm aware of. It's 99 bucks. Not a bad deal.
btw the developer account is bought through apple and not gamesalad.
