You could use the 'Save Attribute' behavior, but many new users have trouble with it. I recommend that you use the 'Save Table' behavior, as that instantly saves to the device. Whatever you put into that table befroe saving it is saved on the user's device.

There is no way to know when the app quits. You can save at certain intervals (either time-based or condition based) or you can just constantly save (e.g. on a timer) to be sure that the data is saved.
