When Do I Use "Preload Art" and Not

Do I preload art assets for level objects that are reused over and over again?
I'm not sure when to use this and when not?

Checking off "preload" makes the art load as its being used, as opposed to being loaded at the start of the game. This gives you a small amount of memory management. It has the potential to decrease initial game loading times at the cost of diverting that memory use until a later time.

@dimsdale / @LiquidGameworks - I tried that 'memory management' technique on my game with 200+, and it didn't make any difference to the 20 second load time. I think that is mainly a myth.
