How can I spawn particles behind an actor, it seems they are being generated from the center of my actor and it doesn't look good.

That's what the Emitter Offset in the Velocity/Position tab of the Particles behavior is for. You can use numerical values, attributes, or mathematical formulas (e.g. sin/cos).
