Help With Testing My App

I am trying to test an app but in Xcode an error pops up. When I try to put the .app file in the application section under the device. Check out the screen shot I attached.

I would love to hear back from anyone with ideas or help.

    This issue has been had many times, but it is fixable. Please google search and forum search it before posting a thread. If you still can't figure it out, then come back ;)
