@Chakku - That's actually not all that bad of an idea. I'll have to do some testing. The way i see it is, if you spawn 5 actors that spawn 5 actors that spawn 5 actors.. it'd be exponential. The question is, how quick does it crash, and is it obvious to the user that it is lagging? - Thomas

Just spawn an actor that spawns itself - instant-feedback-death !

@SnapFireStudios Awww, now why would we need to complicate things?
Just do when touch is pressed- Timer: For 1 seconds Timer: Every 1/999999999999999999999999999999seconds
Spawn actor: AppKiller (AppKiller is an actor with a huge image, and dozens of random constrains )
I guarantee you it'll kill the app in a split second, regardless of the device
@Chakku - Have you tried it in the viewer yet? I'll mess around with it tomorrow. - Thomas
@SnapFireStudios Yeah, I tried something like this (by accident) that continually spawned exponentially- it crashed GameSalad in 5 seconds or so. I'll give it a go tomorrow
Also, if it is going to take a few seconds to compelte the process, you could pop up an image before hand that said like 'Come Back Soon!' to make it less awkward. - Thomas
Imagine this- There is the quit button and when he presses it, it shows a image of a iphone homescreen. I am sure some people will be quite shocked to see their homescreen has changed, time has changed, battery has increased/decreased a lot!! Then to realize they have been trolled!

I'm going to go ahead and close this. I just don't see how it's productive and it's verging on some troubling suggestions.

Seriously now, no you can't kill an app from the app itself.
Roy.
@POM I'm afraid I'll have to prove you wrong, Roy!!
Just make a quit button when you press it, it spawns a billion actors
That'll close the app on any device

Roy.
It's funny you say that...I actually downloaded an iOS (Universal, actually) game that did that :P
I'm not even kidding

Actually mine would only be spawn behavior inside of one timer. But just as effective >:)

We're trying to get bad performance- something GameSalad excels at >:)
