Snap to frame

Hello! hoping for a little help. I'm new to GS, and I followed tshirtbooth's guide on how to make a scrolling menu >



I'm trying to figure out how to make the frame snap to the next page once im past/between certain points. My frame is basically 3 pages wide.

My guess is i have to do a rule that will constrain the camera somehow.
