Exporting IPA?

Hi how do I export an IPA. I have been searching through the cookbook and I haven't found anything.

    I also am not looking to publish to app store. Only to iTunes so I can show my freinds without the gamesaled viewer.

    You need a developers license from Apple if you don't have one already.
