    Is this because your continually being harassed on forums and feel your forum right are not being met then you need to contact SSS.

    depending on what the issue is, you should be able to decide how to escalate it.

    well if we rearrange the letters in capitalcarnage it spells Ambassador, so i think we've solved that little dilemma
