Make Character Bounce

in Working with GS (Mac)
Hey guys,

I need to make a character bounce when it is touched. I can't do it and there were no other threads/videos. Can someone please explain.

    just click the player and say collision with the floor
    if you really want a bounce make sure the physics bounciness is more than 1

    you can interpolate the Y position of the actor, or you can prepare an animated sequence of images to make your character bounce...it depends on what you want to do.

    Thanks guys @timolapre1998 @glynius so there is no way just to have it bounce and go back down? Just need it to jump over stuff. Also I have another question. I have my screen landscape and need it to scroll so I can see the rest of the scene. My game is similar to "The Impossible Game". Please does anyone know what to do?

    Thanks for your help. It didn't work though :/ . I'm not sure what I did wrong but I tried it like 3 times. I'll keep looking thanks anyway. @timolapre1998
