help with extracting a value from a table

in Working with GS (Mac)
Hi there how would I extract a value from a certain row and column from a table please any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

    Use the change attribute behavior to change the attribute you want to be change. Then change it to the tablecellvalue(table,row,col)

    You fill in the brackets with your values leaving the commas there

    In the Expression Editor you have the Function tableCellValue(table, row, column).
