    I think if you want to see an improvement , apple needs to have better reviewers.

    Not really better reviewers, even thought that would be nice. They need a better system. Have it more like a forum that the owner of the app can use to correspond with the users, and it could be optional for the owner of the app to decide, in case they want to use their own system. Right now it just sucks.
