IAP issue

Hi guys,
I sent my app to Apple for review,and they rejected it because there's an issue about IAPs.
This is what they say:
"Missing IAPs

We are unable to complete the review of your app since one or more of your In App Purchases have not been submitted for review.

Please be sure to take action and submit your In App Purchases AND upload a new binary in iTunes Connect. Learn more about submitting In App Purchases for review in the iTunes Connect Developer Guide.

Once you've submitted your In App Purchases and uploaded a new binary, we can proceed with your review."

I followed this video for making my IAP:

I think that maybe the issue could be that,for non-consumable purchases,I choose that Apple hosts the content;
maybe,as my IAP are already in my app,I don't need (and basically I can't) submit them to Apple.
Wait for your help anyway...thanks!

    Before uploading your binary you have to submit your in-app purchases for review.
    Go to manage in-app purchases - there you will see a button where it says "submit for review" hit that and then upload a new binary

    Ok,but they don't need to host the content,right?the IAP are about removing ads and unlocking all levels,so I need to submit them together with my app binaries,selecting that in the "version details - Manage IAP"?

    No they don't host the content, the content is already built into your app. The IAP is just unlocking it.

    Just do like @wingmanapps said and submit the IAP first then submit your binary an you should be good to go.
