Actor-Based Actions

I am fairly new and I just can't seem to figure this out. I've looked on about every site and forum I can find, but can't find a single helpful thing. I don't even know if this is the right spot to post this.

Anyway, I was looking for help as how to set an action for actors. I figured out the mouse down, but that will change to a scene if you click anywhere in the current scene. I am trying to figure out how to change a scene when you press an actor (ie. a button.)

    Use "when touch is pressed" on the actor, that will go to the next scene as soon as the button is clicked down ONLY on the actor.
