rotating flipper help

Hi i am making a game where you use slider to rotate a flipper to move the ball it is colliding but i want it to where you are able to flick the ball with the flipper kind of like foosball if that is a better description of what i want the flipper to do

I want to be able to make the flipper fling the ball by slider so it can be juggled on the flipper

I have the slider and the rotation already figured out it is just the reaction with the ball it bounces and collides i just want to make it able to be juggle on the flipper using the slider . I've messed with the density .
