Can't Publish :(

I'm finally finished and went to publish, but I keep getting an error each time I try:

An error was encountered when uploading project: System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at GameSalad.Xaml.Publishing.ProjectUploader.uploadFile_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)

I am a sad girl. :(

I have a great PC, so it's not a memory management issue on my end. My network connection is good, too. I don't understand the problem... Any insight? The entire folder is 95.6MB, but I've read the forums and others have published games this large. I am just not sure what to try! Any advice is appreciated!

    Are you trying to publish to arcade?

    This is the first time I've tried to publish. The file is set up to be a 1024x768 ipad app. When I choose File > Publish and enter my credentials, I'm not given any options beyond that point. It begins the upload process with the progress window and then fails with that error.
