Using an Apple product for a website?! Law question

Hey guys,

am I allowed to make professional photos from my Apple products and then use the images for a website? I see a lot
of websites using Apple products for their design. I didn't find any clear information yet.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!

I would suggest contacting Apple via the contact link on that page.
If anyone should be explaining this to you, it should be Apple, not someone on GameSalad.

other parties wishing to use Apple’s trademarks, service marks or images in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their web sites, products, labels, or packaging. Use of the “keyboard”; Apple Logo (Option-Shift-K) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Apple may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. Use of Apple trademarks may be prohibited, unless expressly authorized.

It's pretty clear to me. You may not without written consent from Apple. I guess people either get consent or just take the risk of being sued by Apple.
