Ad bar memory fixes...

Hi all!

FYI, we found an issue with our ad bar that was causing it to eat up too much memory (like 33MB) in your games. We made some server side fixes and the memory use is now under 1MB while it's visible. Should also help your ad bar games not eat so much bandwidth. The problem was that we were storing application icons as full size 1024x1024 images, downloading them and drawing them at 114x114. A simple resample of the icons on the server fixed this right up.
