how can I make my character jump only once

in Working with GS (Mac)
I finally made my haracter jump but it is able to jump as many times as possibe in the air so I want to make it jump 1 time

    i made my cntrolls on the scren so they an press them but when i use ontrol camera the controls are left behind

    The controls need to be placed on a no scrollable layer. There are tons of videos on GS I would suggest watching a bunch of them.

    What Mr. Bacon suggested will give you the result you need. What you need to do is watch some video tutorials (gshelper.com) so you understand the basics of GS.
