open windows project on macbook

I heard you only can publish from macbook to app store and not from windows...
is it possible to open a windows project on a macbook?

    Yes it should be no problem, you'll need to export your Windows project for Macintosh first, then open that file on your Macbook.

    You can publish for iOS from any current Macintosh, not just a Macbook.

    Hit export to Mac in the file menu and then take that export to a Mac and open it.
