How to: post images to the forum?

Hey All, bare with me here. Working with a fever at the moment and can't seem to find the simplest of topics in these forums at present.

What is the supported method for posing a image to the forums? Should I just upload this to my own site and then link the file? I am I just totally missing something sitting right in front of me?

    You have to upload to your site or Dropbox or a file host etc… and embed using the image link.

    Go up into the stickies and Check out the HTML thread. It will tell you all about how to do all sorts of stuff on the forum.
