What browser are you using? I haven't had one issue publishing. Also if you're doing it over wifi you might try hard wired. I always have my machine hard wired as the data rate is faster and more stable and I've never in almost two years had a problem publishing.

Don't worry about unknown, it just means it hasn't updated from the server. If its valid you are good.

Make sure your bundle I'd is exactly the same as what you have on itunesconnect, it's case sensitive. Also, like I said above, try with safari.

Then I can't sign the app. It says no provisioning!
Maybe a note that I don't recieve a popup when the app is ready! I have to reload the website and then it shows that the app was generate! Maybe that's the issue? Also with a app that I already uploaded results in the same error.

Thanks All, Hope you get your issue resolved @MichaelK1985

I click Generate and nothing happen, but when I reload the page it's done with generating. And then when I click Sign App, I download the app in 1 second but it's 40mb, so I think something goes very wrong with the Generate thing the last couple days. And because of that I also can't sign the game and I get a Provisioning Error.

I really think that there's a generate issue that need to be fixed.

I can only add that I have the same error. My iPhone publishing works a dream but my Android fails the signing (error3). I will try generating another keystore (am using an old one) and see if that helps. The problem has to be with the keystore I think (or the GS engine).

i tried a new keystore 3 times. let me know how it works for you.

Oh that is not a good start! I am not overly confident with this online signing process - it seemed more stable with the old system.

I have been able to download an unsigned (Amazon) version of my Android app - I have no way of testing it so I hope it works!

I am now downloading the latest osx update (which includes Java updates) - maybe this will help....I tried to generate a keystore and I got a Java error!!
I can feel the frustration building!

OK @bjandthekatz I have successsfully made .apk files signed with a new keystore. I had tried to use an earlier new version but I had used a name with a number in it (appnameNumber.keystore) and thsi caused it to fail I believe.

And I also don't get a popup when the Generate is complete! And when I download it it's only a couple mb's! That's not correct! Please Gamesalad fix this!!!

I have been frustrated dealing with this issue as well. I fixed it once by deinstalling/reinstalling my xcode and GS viewer and lost the 'no provisioning profile' pop-up. Of course, I ran into another road block of the 'signature not matching' upon sending my app/binary through Application Loader. The moment I figure out the issue (making a publishing (?) etc. profile that was for the App Store and not development) I export another app from Gamesalad and once again No Provisioning profile found! I repeated my way back with same steps to no avail. Reinstalled certificates, revoked my current team certificate and went through the process of making/installing my new one, reinstalled programs, restarted Mac, etc. My bundle IDs all check out and have the same address (.com.MyApps.AppName). I hope there gets to be a solid answer to this. Since iTunes takes a week to read a binary and hopefully not more, I'm going to likely miss a very important deadline if I don't have this in the system by tomorrow.

I have the same problem here. Delete all provisioning profiles, certificates, app id, and remade again, but no luck... I get the same message: "No provisioning profiles found" when I try to publish...(:

Just wanted to add that this same issue happened to me and after rebooting my machine, the provisional profile appeared for me when signing.
