    It's not an exact if I've undrrstand it correctly. This written in the thread

    "Each month for a one- two-three week time period, I will open a “sticky” forum thread for submissions. And the end of the month, the GameSalad team will choose its favorite and announce the winner within the first week of the next month"

    They normally close the GOTM threads on the first or second day of the next month. Submissions are only accepted up until the end of the month though.
