Question on Open URL Behavior

I'm working on a new game and had a question on an option in the Open URL behavior. When I'm in the Open URL behavior, on the left side, I would normally choose the "http://", but I have found the "mailto" in the selection box.imageimage

I was wondering if someone can explain what the "mailto" means and what it does.

    it allows you to construct an email that will automatically open in mail:

    mailto:email@email.com?subject=free chocolate?body=body

    Thank you very much! I have just one more question. Do I just add the email in the box, or do I need to add this part to the end: "?subject=free chocolate?body=body"?

    you can do any combination of the three
