Why won't my profile picture show up, and why can't I change it?

My profile picture for the community forums doesn't show up. I only get the little question mark that means the photo was not found! And I can't change it, where can you do that?

    To change your profile pic, go to the upper right corner, where your username is, and then click "Profile".

    You'll then see your profile picture with a pencil on the top right of it. Click that to change your photo

    Your username has a space, don't think you can do that without it causing issues.

    huh, that's odd :/ It could have something to do with your name being two words, but that is just a guess

    I clicked the 'Report a broken link' button after it took me to the 'Page not found' screen.

    Hmm. I tried changing my username on the 'Change Profile' thing, but it's in grey and won't work.

    Yeah spaces are bad in usernames as they break things. I'm pretty sure when this issue has come up before @SaladStraightShooter has saved the day by adjusting the username from the gs side. Maybe he'll see this post and sort it out for you...

    @SaladStraightShooter requires a $2.99 profile pic change fee. Did you click the pay now option when you tried to change your pic? If not, you are given the ? broken image link for a month. Tsk tsk.

    I keed, wait until tomorrow when folks roll back into the office. I'm sure they'll get it sorted for ya.
