- B.D. is a social video game full of adrenaline, to enjoy with your friends and family, which will test your knowledge and skills to think and respond quickly.
- Pump Drink contains 3 game modes:
-The first is the "Classic" mode, where no punishment can be used to make decisions, such as who is going to buy bread, or who does the dishes.
- However, the way "Happy" mode and "Party" contain punishments where the player who loses must take a certain amount of alcohol.

I am not a "prude" or what-have-you but I would be a little wary about this kind of thing from a Legal standpoint. Are you publishing under your own name (legally speaking) or under an LLC? I have obviously not seen the app but if not already done I would include a splash screen that says "drink responsibly, know your limits, don't drink and drive" whatever.
Just don't want you to end up in court with some moron who thinks he/she can blame that drunk driving accident or alcohol poisoning incident on you.

You might also wanna do some grammar and spell checking since you have an error in the first screen shot.
Yeah, maybe a 'drink responsibly' warning could be included - but I seriously doubt anyone could blame an app for their failed liver!
Apple have approved loads of drinking game apps so I see no reason why this would be any different.
