Gone Pro... 3 weeks ago and still no change

Hi Everyone,

I see that some people on the forums have had the same issue as me in that they've paid to go pro and then nothing happens.

It's been three weeks for me now and still nothing. I've contacted "Support" twice and not even had a reply. Also sent Straightsaladshooter a message as someone suggested and that didnt help either!! Running out of idea's now as i've had my app ready to submit but i don't want to do it until i can remove the Playhaven stuff and the Gamesalad splash screen.

Any advice would be much appreciated

    Not sure what to do, sorry :(

    I do know, however, that even without the Pro membership you can put your own Splash Screen.

    Hi @BlackCloakGS, I bought it through the website and paid with Paypal using the same email address as my account. I have sent the receipt to support but that didnt help!

    Also thanks @HalfBakedProductions... I have made my own splash screen but i would prefer it to be the only one in the game :)

    @alister_wood@yahoo.com.au talked to CS this morning. You will need to send your payment receipt to CS, and they will address the situation.

    I have sent my receipt to them now for the third time.... Let's hope i get a reply, as i didn't get anything more than the standard email response previously.

    I can only assume my pro memebership will be counted from the day its activated becasue i'm getting tempted to start looking at alternatives!
