Part of the screen is cut off in HTML5 Version of my game

I made an app for apple and then decided to also embed it on my website so people could play it for free. However, the HTML5 version cuts off part of the screen. I have a black bar covering a portion of the right side of the screen. But, you can still interact with the buttons that are being covered up by the black bar even though you can't see them.     is the original an iPhone 5 game? the HTML5 versions are 480x320 so something is probably getting cropped or letter boxed on ya if its an iPhone 5 sized game
