How to easily create new levels with the Angry Snowman Template

I am trying to expand on the Angry Snowman Template for my new game, Angry Snowman 2.0, and I want to know how to easily create new levels for it.

    Game making isn't easy. It's hard work and takes a good amount of knowledge. Easy is laying on the couch watching TV.

    Did you watch the full tutorial at gamedev.tutsplus? Thats not really a 'template' file so much as the source files from the tutorial. But anyway, the tutorial shows how I built that level, so just repeat as many times as you want for more levels.
