How do you make it where it displays the text as soon as the level opens up, not when you touch or click on the box/actor.

Just put a display text behaviour in the box with no rules saying 'if pressed'.
Make sure the box's opacity is set to 0 (or at least below 1) and that the text colour in the display text behaviour is different to the background.

ok, this is my current code for it:
When touch is pressed,
Display 5 x 10

So it should look like:
Display 5 x 10
You take out the 'when touch is pressed' part, and just put the 'Display Text' behaviour into the actor on its own. No rule required.
