Like the number of displays/downloads a title is receiving - revenue is obviously not included.
This feature is still under active development. There are a few things still pending:
1. Promotion exchange. We're working on a system where you get promotion in exchange for putting the network in your Pro apps. There will be an exchange rate between impressions your app generates and the ones you receive. This will be ready soon. You can add the network to your Pro apps using the latest nightly build.
2. Dashboard. We're working on a detailed dashboard that will give you insights into the impressions your apps are getting (among other details).
3. Email notifications. We'll be adding email notifications to the app submission and approval process.
We'll be posting more information on this new feature as it's available. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Also how does this system judge paid installs vs free ones? Is it an ecpm, cpi, or cpc network?
What's the privacy details behind this? I'm sure I would have to update my privacy statement for certain apps if I decide to actually use this. Do you all have any details you can provide on the information that's collected from the user?
Also, how long does this pop up bar remain visible? Does it appear in addition to iAds and etc?
The Cookbook states that you can submit an app before or after it's been approved on the Apple App Store. So does this basically mean I can submit an app to the GS Network that's already been on the App Store for months without resubmitting it to Apple?
Sorry for all of the questions. I read the cookbook on this, but I didn't see the answers I was looking for.
thank you!
