custom keyboard to display text

Hi

I am working on a project that has a custom keyboard that enters letters into a Display Text field. I have this working well but I cannot work out how to create a key to perform the backspace function. Can anyone help.

    I've always done it by saving the letters inside a Table instead of a single Attribute. You only need one counter to tell you which Cell to add to next, as well as which Cell to delete when a backspace event occurs. Should be easy to figure out from there :)

    Good luck! Also interested to know if there's an easier way to do this i.e. via the expression editor.

    You can't do backspace you just have to make a clear button and clear out the whole thing.
