Any regrets On Picking Gamesalad Over Other Engines

Hi All
Been playing about with GS, Stencyl and Unity for a couple of months trying to decide which to pick.
All require a investment of time to learn and wondered if experienced developers are happy the way GS is going or wish they had used X Y Z instead.

Also with all the Android consoles on the horizon, will GS work with these ?

We use Corona and GS, both have strengths in certain areas so best to decide what features you want tbh.

    I don't regret it yet!

It bugs me a little and I miss writing code, but I've never been able to throw together something so quickly in other tools like Unity and AGK. The learning curve isn't half as steep as Unity either.

I find using and learning two engines simultaneous is quite productive, You kind of get that "Oh I can do that in GS, But How would I do that in Corona?" kind of thing,"

I dont have any regrets with using GS, And for the things it Cant do I subsidise it with Corona.

No regrets at all :) and this is coming from a hard core programmer. I program for a lot of platforms in a number of languages, but I still allot a ton of hours for GS development because the speed of delivery simply amazes me 8->

No regrets. Loving Gamesalad, but have the intention of learning Corona and Unity as well. I will choose which platform for each project based upon the strengths/weaknesses

Regrets, I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention ;)

Initially I did have some, but once you really know GS you can do quite a bit with it, and it is always getting better. Any engine has its learning curves and strengths and weaknesses.

Regrets are for those who fail to try.
