Position Attribute value.
I created a rule that prints my Y position when I collide with my actor "PlatformGround". The value isn't static. It changes between three actual values that are all about .150 apart. Any clue as to why?

If it is using gravity there is always some sort of computing going on...
You could try increasing gravity.... playing the actors physics settings.
Out of interest what is it your trying to accomplish?
Ive been trying to make my player char stop moving forward when he jumps. So, if you press space bar while moving my player char stops moving for. 2 seconds. The image changes to a quick animation..
'Prepare to jump' then everything resumes. The image goes back to original and he flies into air. Ive got that down.
Now. This guy is jumping in the air and he's jumping when he hits the side of platforms.
I want to control when he's allowed to perform his movements. I was thinking 'self.allowjump.. Y = (attribute). Just trying different stuff.
Ill have to turn that gravity off.
Thx
PS: The idea was actually working for the first jump. Lol.
Try a rule.
Which says if guy is in contact with a platform and then you press jump button then jump.
Otherwise you can't jump.
